1972 Plymouth Road Runner, real RM23 car. Nice driver quality. Fast and fun. Looks great!
Body and Paint
Original body panels refinished in the original Sherwood Green. Nice shiny paint but has some imperfections, not show quality but nice. No rust and very solid, panel fit is good and doors, hood trunk work well.
Chassis, Suspension and Brakes
No modifications, car is from Wyoming so subframes floor and trunk pan are rock solid. New shocks and bushings at some point, factory power steering and brakes work very nice. Car rides nice but has a few sqeaks and rattles on bumps. Painted nice black underneath when restored.
Powertrain
Originally a 400 car, now has a pretty fresh 1967 383, mild cam, Holley Carb and headers. Has its original 727 trans and sure grip rear end with sway bar. It always starts easily and will light the tires if you so choose.
Interior and Misc
Interior is in nice shape, was originally a green on green car but now inside is almost all black. Dash and column would need painted and has a dash cap now. Factory slapstick console in great shape. Original 14 inch wheels.
Chrome is nice but original, all glass is nice and works as should. Guages work except speedo, I believe the cable is broken. Was an original A/C car and appears to have all underdash components.
In stock and ready for delivery now. Car is also marketed locally and auction could end upon sale. Offers considered.
Here's an opportunity to own a real Road Runner in excellent shape that can be driven and enjoyed for a lot less than most.
Needs some tinkering with little trim stuff and interior, but runs and drives excellent. Priced lower than most.
