1957 Plymouth Belvedere Sportone

Take a look at the rear fins on this one! Cool one to restore or rat rod! No Reserve Auction!This one was found behind a local collision shop where its been parked for many years.It has some old oil change stickers in the door jambs.I was told that it's a original California car and I have a clean title in hand! Tap the gas and turn the key and the 318 V8 starts right up and runs very good.The push button transmission works well also.The brakes need repair (no pedal pressure) from sitting but the parking brake works well.I have only driven it from the collision shop building a couple doors down to my shop.It is equipped with factory A/C and power steering! The lights and windshield wipers work also.It still uses a generator and has the factory Mopar radiator. The tires are vintage bias ply G78 Remington Cushion Aire with factory hubcaps.All the glass is clean and clear.The body is straight and rustfree! The frame and floors look solid also.The Meadow Green with Sand Dune White paint looks good for being 59 years old! The chrome and trim is in good shape.The interior needs attention but is usable.The seats need upholstery plus headliner and carpet kit.The rear door panels are nice and even the dome light works! The trunk has a rubber mat plus spare tire/wheel and factory jack.
