1952 Plymouth Cambridge 4 Dr. Sedan Survivor - All Original! VIN: 1563851, which translates to a 1952 Plymouth Cambridge 4 Dr. Sedan with a 217 CID (97hp) flathead inline 6 cylinder engine with 3 speed (3 on the tree) manual transmission with Overdrive Only 90,702 Original miles on this 64 year old beauty! Starts quick, runs strong, no smoke. A video of the engine running is available. Please provide listing agent with an email address. Vehicle was acquired by present owners at auction in 2000 in pretty much the condition it is in right now. This has not been restored, this is a Survivor. It is garaged and driven weekly. The “Mint Green” paint was applied at the factory! Everything works. The engine runs smooth, the clutch does not grab and the brakes are firm. This would be a great addition to some ones collection, or as the beginning of a new collection. Owners manual is in the glovebox, service manual is in the trunk. Seat covers are probably not original. Also included is a stack of service & parts receipts. 6 volt battery is about three years old, master cylinder has been rebuilt, wheel cylinders checked, system bled & wheel bearings repacked. Tires (excepting the spare) are contemporary Radials (p205/75 R14) that are virtually like new. Although transport is the responsibility of the winning bidder, I am available to assist in any way possible, which includes coordinating with the shipper, supervising and documenting the loading process as well as vehicle condition. In this case, btw, I would recommend enclosed transport.
