81 mile hemi cuda NOT sold at Mecum auction due to thunderstorm!!!!
1970 Plymouth Barracuda 'Cuda
I will begin by stating that this is NOT a scam. I am NOT selling for a friend or relativebut I am attempting to sell this GREAT CAR ! It will be located at the LEAKE Auction in Tulsa on the weekend of June 6th at the River Sprit Expo Centerat Expo Square 4145 East 21st street Tulsa Ok 74114. It will be on display and offered for a private treaty sale at that time. If it does not sell in Tulsaor if you wish to view it before June 4th it can be seen in Houston with a 24 hour advance notice phone call.It is here at ebay at a fixed price and if it meets that price I will sell it.This car went viral on line the 3 weeks before going to auction. Google "81 mile hemi cuda" and you will see what I mean.
This is the LOWEST MILES HEMI CUDA IN THE WORLD and is in outstanding condition and RUNS AND DRIVES as it did when NEW! Please note this car NOW has 84 miles on it!!!!
I am TRUSTING the folks at Ebay to allow me to present this car here as I have sold numerous classic and specialty cars here. I do NOT have the computer savvy to get the "word" out in any other method. If you want to spread the word HAVE AT IT. I would LOVE for this car to sell thru EBAY!!!!!!!
This car was presented for sale at the 28th annual Mecum auction in Indianapolis Indiana May14-17-2015. Seconds before the car was on the auction block LIGHTNIG HIT the building and shut down ALL POWER! ! ! Imagine all of the hype all of the hoopla hundreds of thousands of hits on line nearly 40000 articles on GOOGLE thousands of inquiries about the car numerous TV interviews all of the money spent by Mecum Auctions to prints it's OWN BROCHURE!!!! and it is SHUT DOWN and in darkness we did not even know there was a storm outside.
The "bidders only" audience was about 800 people or so. I realized that not only were the lights out but ALL COMMUNICATIONS WERE DOWN no internet no phones no nuthin........emergency lighting came on at once and in a very few minutes NBCSN was demanding that the auction continue. I PERSONALLY asked Frank Mecum what about the phones and the on line bidders. The response was this and I quote "the money is in the room" end quote. Well it would surprise me that with nearly 40000 articles on GOOGLE that only 2 people in the entire world would actually come to the auction to bid. Nobody on the phone nobody on line. But what do I know???? I don't believe that ANY communications were up I KNOW that the live feed was down and the HYPE that had followed this car was seemingly lost. I in NO WAY blame the Mecum auctions for what happened. I do believe that the decision to continue the auction without the entire planet watching would not be what would have been my first choice. After all Mecum was in store for a healthy commission IF it sold.....
Full documentation will be provided. I am certain you will want to come and look and drive this GREAT time machine.
