You are bidding on a 1968 Barracuda, 6 cyl 4 sp Coupe. This car has the original paint on it, you only get one chance at owning a car with original paint, so if that is what you are looking for, this is it. The car was a 3 sp from the factory, I converted it to a 4 sp OD trans. The trans tunnel was replaced with a factory 4 sp part. The right hand front floor pan was replaced at the same time. Both parts were installed correctly, and you would be hard pressed to know it was not done at the factory. The car is forthe most part 90 % original, things like tires, battery, alt, brake shoes, alt regulator, front seat covers, the transmission, the fan was replaced with a clutch fan, those were the parts that were replaced over the years. I have all the original paper work, like the owners manual, window sticker and the build sheet. Car has, other than the transmission, never been modified. I have the original 3 sp trans and itgoes with car. I keep car under a shed, and try to never drive it in the rain. All the gauges work even the AM radio works. I have owned it for 10 years.So if you are looking for an original not modified 68 Barracuda, with original paint on it, this is it, what you have been looking for. This car is so original, even the factory stickers are still on the door jams and the grease pencil marks are still on the fire wall, the jams are still shinny, even has the original jack still there.
