1947 Packard Packard Rough, but all/mostly on vehicle
This 1947 Packard 4S is a unique major project vehicle. It is all orginal, though it has been parked outside in southern Oregon for over 40 years with so it is in pretty rough shape. The owners had it for over 60 years. We are hoping to find someone with the knowledge and imagination to do something wonderful with it. The odometer on the vehicle says 88,118 miles, we have no idea how accurate that is, how many times it has turned. It was/is burgundy in color. The title is clean.
Vehicle Details
This Packard was owned by an owner of an auto mechanic shop, the father of the last owners, before they got it. And the husband was a skilled “shade tree mechanic”. So it was kept mechanically reliable and sound while being used.
However when it needed new valves, and those proved difficult to procure, it was parked and left in the driveway for the last 40+ years. Meanwhile a window was left down, another was broken, and time and weather took their toll.
