Restorable 1941 Packard, 4 door, straight 8, manual trans. Last inspection for tag was 1991. Been sitting inside a barn since. Some rust but nothing major. Most parts are inside the car. I don't know what's missing because I know nothing about Packards. Left lower control arm is broken and steering it hard.
