1947 Packard 2151 7-pass sedan most removed, with car

Ohio car brought to FL in 07. No body holes but rusty underneath. For restoration or parts. Damaged at bottom behind left front, otherwise straight. 356 was running well, clutch stuck & front wheels froze. Has correct 16" wheels (powder coated black). Interior rough, chrome needs to be redone. Joe Kennedy and the Eisenhowers had owned this model.
