1958 Pontiac Pathfinder
Extremely Rare 1958 Pontiac Pathfinder - sedan delivery. Pathfinders were built by Pontiac for the Canadian market. Only 449 were built in 1958. This vehicle is a 7171 which would have came from the factory with an in-line 6 with an automatic transmission. The car currently has a stock 350 Chevy engine with an automatic transmission. No power steering or brakes. The car has been stored since 2012 until just recently. I acquired it in a multi vehicle transaction but don’t really have space or time to devote to it. The previous restoration has held up well; however there are some signs of aging (e.g. couple bubbles in the paint, some clear coat blemishes on the roof, couple minor paint cracks, a loose piece of trim on the hatch, etc). The body is extremely solid. The interior is pretty much a blank canvas (see pictures). I have a video of the car running that I can share upon request. The vehicle has been moved under power to check the transmission and brakes but hasn’t been driven any distance. Due to the length of time it has been setting, the car should be trailered or transported.
