1988 Replica/Kit Makes Countach

This is a 1988 V8 powered Countach Replica with" all of the correct boxes checked".Anyone who knows replicas can tell a cheap "kit car" or" Stubby" (as they are known) VS a well put together replica. THIS is a replica of the iconic Lamborghini Countach and comes in a striking red exterior color. Here is what im referring to in terms of "all the Correct boxes checked".1) this is a EXACT FULL LENGTH and WHEELBASE car. (98.4 inches just like the real Countach). ITS DEFINITELY not a stubby.2) it has dimensional correct body panels. (some replicas measure correct wheelbase but lack correct panel dimensions. This body is correct front to back.3) it has the very sought after SLOPED roof-line.( tapering back) this is a key giveaway with most Countach replicas. Most have a FLAT roof-line with no taper back. EVEN some of the Provas.4) along with the sloped roof-line, this car also has a true CURVED glass windshield. *most replicas have a FLAT glass. (* this car has a original Lamborghini windshield installed.5) 338 HP Chevy LT4 Corvette engine. Almost matching the power of the real deal super cars, this one is very powerful and has a stout power to weight ratio. fuel injection eliminates the common small block starting issues of pumping the accelerator before starting. You can start this car standing outside the car. V8 power mated to a 5 speed manual transmission, makes highway driving a blast. The car runs a temp of 180-190 here in South Carolina weather.Once you Learn what to look for in a quality replica, things become more clear as how cars stack up beside each other in the replica world. Provas, Mirage's, are well know replicas that have a custom built chassis, and are considered "top of the Line " replicas with most carrying a hefty price tag nearing the 6 figure range. (This car can be owned for less than half that.)With that said, this car is not perfect, and im the kind of seller who likes to point out the known flaws so they are not a surprise to the buyer. 1st) it wont fool the Lamborghini mechanic, or people who truly know Countachs. It is based off of a custom stretched Pontiac Fiero chassis. Most people think its a full tube chassis car. 2nd) It does retain the standard style interior. its door panels are covered in a nice black vinly, but the next owner could enhance the interior to their custom likes. 3rd) Overall the car does have its flaws in its overall finish, (paint has a few chips) and it does not have true Lamborghini side windows. They are available to any one who wants to spend the extra money to have them installed. *the side windows currently were heated and curved.( lexan).lastly, the car is equipped with AC, but will need the new style "O" rings to run the new type Freon. Id like to note that rear visibility is that of a real Countach....(Virtually none)Ive owned the car for about 2 years, when I bought it, it had a 6cyl engine and needed paint.I purchased a 40k mile LT4 corvette engine and had a custom shop in Florida install the engine and transmission. It does have heavy duty $1500 axles in it. Paint was done about a year ago here in South Carolina. THE ONLY REASON im selling this car is because i own 2 other replicas and one has to go.ebay wont let me list a link to my youtube videos. please try to send a email, if I can I will attach them there.
