1958 TR3A that was an estate car. Been sitting in clean, dry storage since 1984. Car is a great candidate for restoration as it is really a complete car. Frame is not rusted and rest of body is excellent and all body lines are good, Doors, hood and trunk open and close easily. Floors are solid as seen from undercarriage. However, floors have been covered inside with fiberglass. I'm not sure why as they look solid from under the car. The rockers were covered at some point and look good but the inner rockers have some rust that will eventually need attention. Trunk is solid as well as the spare tire compartment. The engine compartment is complete and unmolested. The car runs well, holds good oil pressure, starts easily and shifts and downshifts in all gears with rebuilt slave cylinder. Engine # TS33908E. I have a video of the engine running that I can send upon request. Brakes are functional but I haven't gone through them. Most of the electrics work, lights etc, turn signals have an auxillary switch as the trafficator doesn't work. Speedo, Tach, Amp and Oil Pressure gauges work but the Temp gauge was an electric one and I have no idea how it would work as it should be mechanical, gauge is present. Checking with a digital thermometer it runs normal temp. No top or side curtains but top bow is present. The seats were refinished and never installed and are excellent, they are worth at least $1000. Tires hold air but are old, wheels are good. I have a clean PA title in my name ready to transfer, however it was issued as a 59, but I have the original for verification of change. I am willing to assist in shipping as long as all arrangements are made well in advance.
