Super cool, Full custom built 1948 Thames Anglia (English Ford) panel hotrod. 5.7 Corvette motor from the 70s with 3 deuce carb, mild cam, 700r4 transmission, custom headers that runs/drives great and is very reliable-drive it anywhere. Custom frame built and stretched and channeled. Full steel body panel van (this is not a kit) that is solid with zero rust and sports a driver quality paint job with custom painted flames and pinstripes. The interior is full custom as well, including custom steering shaft and removable steering wheel to make easier to get in as well as theft deterrent, custom seats, door panels and microphone shifter.
I bought this car from the builder that owned and loved this car for over 30 years and I have enjoyed it for the last couple of years. I have all documents and build sheet on the car from paint codes to part numbers used to build along with a binder full of progress pics throughout the years. It truly is a one of a kind old school hotrod that has so many custom touches you can spend hours admiring the craftmanship of this build.
It has won a trophy at every car show that I have entered it into. Every time I take it out I get surrounded by people from kids to old timers like myself that want to check it out closer. This car is truly rare, originally imported from the UK and highly customized to be one of a kind. I never planned to sell it as it has helped me gain customers in my business but it is time to move onto another project.
This was not built to be a show/trailer queen. It was built to drive and enjoy as a cruiser (not a racecar) and by no means is a perfect show car. It is a well built and driven often, well maintained, fully custom hot rod/ rat rod that has character.
