1970 Pontiac Catalina hardtop up for grabs. Clean title in my name. Would make a great pimp mobile. Four doors. 400 engine. 2 bbl. carb. Automatic transmission. No A/C. No clock. Vinyl roof. Everything is ORIGINAL. As far as I know it has never been in a collision. It has been sitting in a garage for 20 years. My grandfather bought this car new. When he broke in an engine he stayed under 45 mph for the first 500 miles, no kidding. He babied this car and did not use it much. Under 47,000 miles. The odometer has NOT rolled over. There is very little body rust. This car has been garage kept for all but 2 years of its life. The interior is excellent, except for the mildew in the crevices. The seats and door panels were covered with mildew. I wiped it down with a wet rag for the pics. The engine parts have a lot of rust. I discovered a mouse den in the air filter housing, outside of the filter. The carb. intake is clean. The air filter housing has a lot of rust, however. The steering wheel is sticky, from humidity, I guess. When I was able to get enough power to the starter, the engine turned, but I could not get it to start. 3 of the tires still hold air. The fourth tire will hold air for a day or two. I am moving and I have to sell. Includes the owner's manual and dealer shipping record. The original door lock knobs are in the glove box.
