Engine: Ford Cosworth BDG 4 Cylinder, Lucas fuel injection. 1998 cc – 9,000 rpm – 285 hp (fresh restoration) Top speed 165 MPH. Weight: 1,265 lbs Transmission: Hewland FT 200 5-Speed Owner/Driver: Ed Swart (since 1989) Ed raced same model car for the Canon Racing Team in 1971 in Europe and South Africa in 16 races. In this car he drove many races in Europe and USA. History: 1989-1995 raced in 35 European Super Sports Cup events 1995-to date raced in the USA, in events on 20 tracks at: Daytona, Rd.America, Sebring, Watkins Glen, Lime Rock, Indianapolis, Sonoma (Sears Point), Laguna Seca, COTA, California Speedway, Phoenix, Seattle, Portland, Las Vegas, Thunderhill, Willow Springs, Spring Mountain, Coronado, Miller (UT) and C.V.R. Restorations: In 1991 by Vin Malkie Racing England. and in 2009 by TL Historics & Ed Swart. Former Owners: Andrew Marler (winner Super Sports Cup in 1988), Tony Griffin, CP Howarth, John Hine.
