A professional quality build from over 50 years ago. REAL STEEL FABRICATION- welded pipe & steel skimmed in fiberglass. Hard as a rock, and beautifully executed.Vehicle pays tribute to the fabulous and expensive Alfa-Romeo Bat Cars from the 1950's.Studebaker V-8 engine mated to a 3-speed stick shift transmission, both of which are not original equipment from new. Floors are solid with no rust through { passenger side hole in mid-section exhaust, and a couple of unnatural holes left behind in engine/transmission cradle possibly due to removed bolts from engine or transmission swap long ago-? } One photo shows wheel cover installed- I have a complete set of four which goes with the vehicle. Another historical photo shows the rear view with a VW Beetle bumper installed.Newer tires & brake work. Runs & drives great {battery weak from storage-may need replacing}Some documentation is included along with known builder. Clean Florida title is in my name. Vehicle may be picked up outside of Orlando, Florida 34711.E-Z restoration, or drive as a Rat- Rod. New paint & interior will take this BAT into a VERY SERIOUS level of show car.A "one of a kind" & PERFECT MOVIE VEHICLE.
