During the restoration from 2005-2006 the engine was rebuilt along with stripping and refinishing the seperated body and chassis. The car is power by a numbers matching 427 390hp V8 linked to a 4 speed manual transmission and a positraction rear axle. The car is featured with a white convertible soft top along with flip-up headlights, power atenna, four wheel disc brakes, 15" turbine style wheels, side pipes, and BFGoodrich redline tires. The 15" turbine style wheels are secured with three-ear knock off hubs. The bucket seats were reupholstered in black leather with a color-coordinated dashboard and door panels. The interior also features a analog clock, retractable lap belts, a delco push-button AM/FM radio, three spoke steering wheel, and a chrome shifter with a T-reverse lock-out. The 427 ci engine was rebuilt with 2005 by Gellner Engineering of Parma, Ohio. The engine features a four-barrel carburetor and chrome air cleaner assembly. In 2022 the ignition timing and carburetor were adjusted.
