Completerotisserie100% restored 1969 fastback. Restoration was finished in 2011 and has less than 500 miles on it since. Kept in a climate controlled garage. It looks and runs as the day it was completed.
This Stang was taken down as far as you can take a unibody. No expense was spared anywhere. It was built like a show car, but was born to race. Zero rust on this car.
351 Cleveland 20 over rebuilt 475 HP. Heads Hot tanked, Aluminum Roller rockers, Flat top pistons, Crowler 5:50 lift cam, Edelbrock performer manifold, Holley 650 Double Pumper shaved and milled, All MSD Ignition kit, Aluminum radiator, High flow water pump, Power Brakes with drilled and cut front rotors, Manuel Steering set up to corner like power. Full length ceramic headers into x pipe into Dynomax mufflers. Stainless Steel tips. Sounds like rolling thunder.
Rebuilt Boss 4 speed Transmission. Centerforce clutch, 9" rear end. Coated underside.
Interior redone as original. Original fold down rear seat. Original style gauges with added A Pillar Tach and Voltmeter. Center mini console added, New Dashboard/Pad, New Door Panels, New carpet, All window mechanisms reconditioned,Door latches reconditioned. Locks reconditioned.
Scott Drake Magnum 500 rims with BF Goodrich raised white letter Radial TA's. 235/60/15 in front. 275/60/15's in the rear. Stang was shacked in the back to improve factory stance.
6k for paint. Beautiful Original Grabber Orange color and paint code. Brilliant. Tinted windows. Full trunk kit over new gas tank. Hood scoop turn signals.
Nothing was over looked nor was any expense spared. I only wanted the best that could be had. I added the Twister Special decal to the quarters, well because I thought they need something and cause I could.
Sound system is old school 70's style with Alpines in the rear, I forget what is in the front but you can bet your ass there good. JVC receiver with cd player and an kick ass amp in the trunk.
The trunk is perfect with all the rightcovers, bag, spare, tool kit, jack and underneath a shiny gas tank.
You will not be able to take this car anywhere without it getting complimented 5 times over.
On duel fuel/temp gauge I just noticed the fuel half is not working. Sending unit. The Temp half and all other are perfect.
Even though it drives around town perfect, easily smokes rubber in all gears. The only thing I would suggest is to have the Holley gone through. Low miles driven and even with additives added to the fuel sitting for periods of time I would do it.
