1971 Chevrolet Corvette

This is an original matching number 350/270hp 1971 Corvette T-top car with a factory 4-spd transmission. It also has power steering and it was an original A/C car but the compressor is missing. The frame and birdcage are mint with no signs of any rust or repairs. The body is also excellent. I had the car painted its original color of code 973 Mille Miglia Red. The paint came out nice, but it is not some $10,000 Barret-Jackson paint job. I have noticed a few imperfections. I also put on new GM bumpers front and rear along with new chrome tips, new chrome exhaust bezels, new emblems all around, new rocker panel moldings, new sill plates etc. The seat covers were done by the previous owner and the passenger seat has some cracks. The door panels are also new. The tires and trim rings are new as well. There are a lot of new parts on this corvette, but there are still things that need to be done. Some of the gauges are not working. The headlights work as well as the wiper door, but the wipers themselves do not. I have not driven the car much at all, but the engine, transmission, clutch etc are all good. The brakes felt a little spongy today and I will try to bleed them again. This corvette is far above your average driver and with a little more work it could be even better so please be serious if you bid. It has a clear Massachusetts title in my name.
