1970 Mustang Fastback Spent most of its life in Texas Great shell for a rebuild

Price: - Item location: Weare, New Hampshire, United States
Description:

1970 Ford Mustang

1970 Ford Mustang 2+2, started life as a 302 V-8 with power steering, and front disc brakes and a Ford 9" rear end. It was converted into a Mach 1 with the correct moldings from the fenders to the quarter panels.

This car spent its whole life in Texas and then Tennessee. As a result, it suffered little rust in critical areas. The torque boxes are good, subframe rails, inner fenders, fender, nose etc... The only areas that require sheet metal repair are the area surrounding the fuel tank, the cowl, and the passenger's floor, all typical rust areas, lots of patch panels available.
All of the glass is salvageable, the heater system, and the glass mechanisms, even the rear fold down seat is included. There is no hood and no grille, but just about everything else is included. I have included a 351 Cleveland CJ engine sourced from a 1972 Mustang. This is a ground up restoration, but with a good starting point. This vehicle has been stripped down for media blast, the first four photos are before, the rest are after.

Good luck bidding.
