General Terms

AVAILABILITY: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best practice to inquire about the advertised vehicle prior to purchasing in order confirm that it was not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to its eBay advertising ending, and we reserve the right to end advertising/listing early or to cancel any and all bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation. In the event that a bidder has the winning bid or finalizes the buy it now price, but did not check availability and the vehicle was sold before a deposit and contracts were executed, then we are not liable nor responsible.

AS-IS WHERE-IS: All vehicles are sold on an AS-IS WHERE-IS basis. Having a third party inspection and addressing any concerns is recommended prior to purchase. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify all advertisements which shall include but not limited to options, accessories, and vehicle condition before time of sale. If the purchaser chooses to waive an inspection, the AS-IS WHERE-IS is still enforced. Any concerns will not be addressed post sale as the sale is final without cures or remedies. PAYMENT: We require a non-refundable $2,000 deposit within 48 hours of offer being placed. A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. PayPal and American Express are not accepted.VEHICLE RELEASE: Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.If your having a shipper pick up the vehicle we will need all their information so we can verify before delivery. Fees and Taxes

The advertised price and winning auction bid does not include a documentary fee of $299.00, (YOU"LL ONLY HAVE TO PAY) if you personally pick the car up at our dealership you will have to pay the $299.00 plus fees.
