Vehicle DetailsRelisted due to non paying high bidder. 1955 Buick Century 2 door hardtop. Has the famous 322 cubic inch Nailhead V8 and Dynaflow transmission. Car runs smooth, purrs like a kitten but the Dynaflow is temperamental as the car has sat for several years. Sometimes it moves and drives fine, others it doesn’t want to go very well. I’m not sure if this is an issue that will fix with some driving or not. Most people like to swap these transmissions out for something more modern, such as a 400 turbo. I do have a late 70’s Buick 350 engine with 400 transmission that can be bought for extra.exhaust has been redone, as well as some front end work. Rear shocks have been replaced. Trunk is full of extra parts, and there’s more extra goodies in the back seat. Interior has been redone, power steering works great. There is a hairline crack in the drivers side window, and a small rust hole on the passenger side rocker panel. Underneath is really solid with just the usual surface rust you’d expect for a car of almost 70 years of age. Odometer shows 52,000 miles and I was told this is original mileage, but I cannot confirm. Car is sold as is, where is with no warranty implied. Shipping is the responsibility of the winning bidder.
