You are bidding on a SCARCE 1928 "HUPMOBILE" Model M Restoration Project, however the car is solid / complete and comes with many extra parts. I took the car to a good friend who has restored many vintage cars to have it looked over and he did a few things to it.

ie; New Valves, New Gaskets, Carburetor Rebuilt, Brand New Tires, the car runs smoothly and drives, albeit I would say ya could drive around town or parking lot not from Pennsylvania where we are located to California, we just did what we had to to make sure it ran good and to make sure there were no major issues. The frame and body are both good, the metal overall is solid and will make for a very nice restoration. The interior is shot due to getting wet / damp, it will need totally redone, but it is all there, including the original antique glass sconces. The wood steering wheel came apart when we took the car out of the basement of a garage where it had been stored for many years.

One of the pictures in the listing is picture of the magazine called 'CARS & PARTS' from 1976 ( which will be included with the sale ) the photo on the front of the magazine is this actual car, when it was in very nice condition, prior to being stored and the interior getting wet and damp. My friend said this car is a perfect candidate and will make for a quality restoration project. Also included with the sale of this 1928 HUPMOBILE, along with the extra parts is a folder full of many documents, pictures, original registration, title, paperwork, etc. that the previous owner had acquired and even a notebook of notes, drawings etc. that he did and kept of the car. I am NOT HUPMOBILE EXPER, actullay didnt know poop about one nor ever even heard of a HUPMOBILE until I acquired this one!
