RARE 1972 STUTZ BLACKHAWK www.floridacarquest.com You are viewing a very rare (only 31 were produced in 1972) 1972 Stutz Black Hawk Coupe. It was custom ordered & produced in 1972 for M.F. Mickelson who paid $38,550.00. There is a gold plaque on the dashboard stating as such. In 17-years these were in production there less than 600 ever made. General Motors helped sponsor the product. In the early 70's the Stutz Blackhawk was considered one of the most expensive cars produced. In 1971 there were only 26 cars ordered & produced. The custom design was handmade in Torino Italy. They were built on a Grand Prix Chassis & poewered with a 455 CI V8 producing 430 Horsepower. It took 1500 man hours on an average to produce this car. This car is all original and in museum quality. 1972 was the only year for the large chrome rear bumper,The Stick Shift, Bezels & Console are 24Kt. Gold Plated. Our 1972 Stutz Blackhawk has been stored in an air conditioned controlled environment for the last 49-years. It has a Lamborghini Steering Wheel autographed by by the owner. The stereo is a Lear Jet, Custom Chrome Door Jambs, Custom Chrome and stamped interior door runners, custom Chrome Side Exhaust Pipes & too much more to mention here.
