The wheels are in excellent order while the tires are in very good condition.Under the hood is a 2.9L OHV six-cylinder engine with twin SU HS6 carburetors. The motor is linked to a four-speed manual transmission with overdrive for third and fourth gears and 3.91:1 rear end. There’s also an aluminum radiator to keep it running cool and stainless-steel exhausts for great sound and durability. The car has a newer battery and underwent a recent service.Inside, there are black leather seats with red piping that are in great shape. The complementing black carpet is in similar shape. A three-spoke steering wheel faces the driver while the inner door panels and instrument panel are in very good order. The floor-mounted shift lever has an oaken shift knob and completes the interior. The 3000 sports convertible Mark II was launched at the end of August 1962. It was a true convertible with almost saloon car comfort, a new wrap-around windscreen, wind-up side windows, swiveling quarter lights and a quick-action folding roof.
