This is a one of a kind, head turning high performance Dune Buggy. Full fiberglass body with rare side pods. Built for the street, it sits on a tubular steel frame from Swat Away (not a chopped VW platform), a Rancho ProStreet swing axle transmission, and powered by a freshly built Type 4 2533cc upright motor from Fat Performance in Orange Co. CA. Completed engine work includes ported heads, 103mm pistons, street cam, internal oil dams, new Weber IDF 44 carbs and jets, CompuFire module, electric fuel pump, and oil cooler and more. Dyno'd at 175.5 hp and 185.9 ft lbs of torque at peaks. New seats have been reinforced from frame below. Four point racing restraints. New seat covers, and fresh paint on engine cowl. New brakes.
