Up for sale is my 1961 Dodge pioneer "police car" Movie carThis car has to be one of the most "fun" cars I've owned. Even the real Police flash their lights at me. I take it downtown Ft Myers on the weekends during the "art walk" and "music walk" and there will be a line of people wanting to take pictureswith it. It is powered by a slant six with a push button trans. The paint looks to be original (the black) with plenty of patina. I was told by the guy I bought it from (who gave it the "police package") that he bought it from the original owner and the mileage was original (26978). Ialso have the original window sticker. The car was featured in three movies, the first was some low budget named "margarine wars" and another named "Conviction" with Hillary Swank and the third (my personal favorite) "Kill the Irishman" . All of the "emergency equipment" works as it should (bubble light, siren and front red ligh, even the hand held spot light!) the police radio has a red and green light that can be turned on as if it is working. I have a am/fm cd mounted in the glove box with real police speaker boxes for the stereo under the front seats. Just a very cool fun car to drive. I would probably keep this one but I ordered a new Dodge Demon and decided to clean out the garage!Anyway I'm pricing it for a quick sale, nothing belowfive digits will buy it so please no low ball offers. Feel free to call me anytime between 9a-9p eastern time at 734-845-6564 The car is sold in "as-is" condition. Also a $1000 non-refundable deposit due within 24 hrs of acceptance of a offer. So please have your funds and permission from your wife to buy! ;-) I would be happy to assist your shipper and if you cant make it here to look at the car feel free to call me on a IPhone and I can face time with you and show it to you "live". Check out my feedback as a selle, I want you to be happy with your purchase. Thanks for looking, Tim
