1951 Kaiser Henry J 161 c.i. supersonic L-head 6 with overdrive An outstanding example of the first full year of Henry J production. Based on the pristine condition of the vehicle, it appears that the 50473 miles are original, although this cannot be documented. Paint and mechanicals also appear to be original, please see photos. Original simulated "Rhino Hide" upholstery in red. This is a very stock example, as close to as it was when it rolled off the Willow Run assembly line near Ann Arbor, Michigan, as one might find. Runs, drives, stops. Professionally serviced after long-term storage (receipts available) includes: carburetor rebuild, "new" (remanufactured) master cylinder and water pump, brake shoes, wheel cylinders, hoses, belts, fuel tank boiled out and recoated, fuel line, fuel sending unit replaced, four new tires on original rims, new battery, new front shocks. New rear shocks not installed but come with the vehicle. Runs extremely well. Exhaust, emergency brake, windshield wipers need some attention.
