1952 Other Makes Bus

From 1950 to 1952, oward Munshaw of Spartan fame created Cub Industries and made 40 all aluminum 19 passenger buses. I am not aware of any others still existing. The influence of Spartan is obvious in the aircraft aluminum body construction which should polish up very nicely like any quality vintage travel trailer. The Cub bus is mounted on a Ford F6 Chassis with a front engine, anual transmission, nd a flathead engine. Although it looks like a full sized city bus, he bus is only about 8 feet tall and 24 feet long, nd not much bigger than a 15 passenger van or the popular International Metro or Divco milk and bread trucks.. It seats 19 people and has a cool feature of two front seats due to the entry door being positioned slightly aft of the standard bus entry door position. This bus is in 100% complete and original condition. The body is very nice. There are two minor dents and the front right entry door hinge and steel step well is rusted. Obviously the aluminum door is not. Two pieces of flat glass need replacing. All the rest is good. It rolls and steers and probably runs but is not currently in running condition. It has a clear title. It would be awesome polished and pulling a vintage polished Spartan travel trailer.I love this bus and will only offer it one time for sale.
