1950 Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight Club Coupe Sedan
1950 Oldsmobile;
For sale as is, where is; a 1950 Oldsmobile 88 2 door club sedan; PLEASE READ THIS WHOLE CONTRACT, MINOR CHANGES MADE. PRICED TO SELL.
Yes, it will do 65MPH down the freeway with no effort, All though, I do not race this car, I only have put my foot in it twice in 6 years, other than that I just cruise with her. And she most likely would stay ahead of your old stock Chevys. Yes, it has under carriage rust, and plate repairs. A lot of that, is surface rust. Going down the street, it feels like a solid car.
I have owned this vehicle for around 6 years. All glass is in tacked, no cracks. all windows operate as they should. Doors close tight, chrome is decent, paint has some nicks, not perfect, steers straight, engine runs strong, has a4 barrel, in lieu of the original 2 barrel. Three speed automatic DUAL EXHAUST GLASS PACKS nice sound, Someone re-upholstered the seats and door panels years ago, no rips. Head liner is original, but all in tacked as shown, New gas tank, and radiator, runs at normal temperature. Clear title, current registration, fender skirts and spare now in trunk. The 1950 OLDSMOBILE, is driven once or twice a week, and always kept in my garage. The pink slip will be signed and the new buyers address will put on the reverse side, before car is driven away. Or, the pink and registration will be mailed and seller will make sure all signatures are signed and correct on the owners title. A bill of sale will also be sighed and duplicates made.
I have fender skirts, they are off the car, they need repainting, have a spare tire, it needs to be replaced if you want a nice looking spare, it does hold air. It also comes with a large Oldsmobile manual, gives a complete over look and specks, and repairs of the 50 Oldsmobile.
All lights work, turn signals work, after market. All gauges, clock, speedometer work. Clock has a switch on the bottom of dash, if you want to shut it off. It also has a electric fuel pump, which also has a switch on the bottom of the dash, the left side. It is not hooked up at the present time, the car is operating very well with the original fuel pump. If you want to use the electric pump which needs to have the hoses hooked up and turn the switch on. Hoses are all there, they just need to be re-connected, the hoses are on the bottom drivers side, under the door. The trunk items, do not go with the car, exception, the original jack goes with the car. When you hire a shipper, it is a good policy to make sure you have the car insured. I can not be responsible for their bruising of the car you have bought, that is a pretty standard process these times. Questions welcome, and inspections are encouraged before you click buy now.
