"THIS IS A "NO RESERVE" AUTION". -----------HI BID WILL "OWN" THIS CAR.-------------- I am confident in the popularity and desire for a hard to find car like this that it will be bid on accordingly. This is a Southern Car . Always been in South Carolina. Never been driven in the midwest winters of sno, salt and chemicals. "NO RUST" on this car. Never been any repaired rust . It has been stored in a garage for many years and still driven for special events and car show. Not intend to be show quality but driver fun for sure. -------------------------------------------------------------First of all this car runs and drives excellent. It has100,121 miles shown on the odometer. Carfax shows the last known at 185k to be clear. Station wagons are so hard to find these days. Most you find have been sitting in fields or poorly stored and need a huge amount of work just to be driveable when you do fine them and need alot of monly put into them. Not this one. This also has the very hard to find FACTORY alluminum Turbine wheels . They give it that sporty cool look with wider tires. It starts easy. Needs no heavy pumping of the gas peddle. No smoke comes out when you first start it and no lifter tick or noises. Runs just as smooth at low idle as full exceleration. No hesitation. It rides and drives excellent. The front end is nice and tight. Ball joint, tires rods and sway bar bushings all good. Tires are near new and brakes new. U-joints are near new. The steering wheel is nice and straight and there is no pull to the left or right. Shocks are good also for a smooth ride. Complete tume up and carb clean just completed. I would trust this car to drive anywhere on a trip right now. Needs nothing mechanically . The air conditioning is ice cold. It is a fully loaded car. Power window, seats cruise tilt etc. ----------------------- The interior is really good. No fading. No tears to the material or the vinyl on the side of the seats. All seats are good with no tears or cigarette burns. No fading. The door panels are all completely intact and in great shape. No cracks to the steering wheel like most have. The headliner has no sags. It is nice tight and secure. The blue plastic is nice and bright as well as the vinyl . Not cracked or faded. What it needs is mostly cosmetic. This car can look great driving to the drive in movie right now and get plenty of attention. It does have some light hail on the top above the side molding and top. I tried to take close ups but it is hard to see. A good paint job is about all it needs .No real body work necessary so it would be pretty easy. It has all the moding and trim. I took the front window trim off to put the new windshied in and have it but not put back on yet. The front bumper filler is intact but it needs the back. It is online and easy to install. That means the plastic space filler between the bumper and the car itself. Its hard to notice but it is missing the rubber trim bumper guard that is in the middle of the bumper. It has an after market radio. It is missing the center caps of the wheels. About $150 online. I have put on the chrome lug nuts on so it is hard to notice. On the rear passenger door it needs the handle replace but it comes with the new handle I bought online. Nice and clean under the hood.
