Freshly installed rebuilt Olds 455 V8 stroked to 468 c.i.d. approx. 600 HP with about 500 miles on it, Edelbrock aluminum Heads and intake manifold, HEI distributor with MSD ignition, headers with 1-3/4” primaries, 850 CFM Quick Fuel double pumper carburetor, electric fan set up with newer large aluminum radiator to keep things cool, rebuilt Turbo 400 trans with shift kit and deep finned aluminum pan, Posi 8.5” rear end with 3.73 gears and performance upper and lower rear control arms, new reproduction W27 finned aluminum rear end cover
Power steering and power brakes, originally had factory Air Conditioning but was removed and not available, has new headliner and carpet, new wiper motor and windshield washer pump, new gas tank sending unit, new speedometer cable, courtesy light package
Recent cosmetic restoration includes new front and rear bumpers, new front grill set, headlight bezels, small tear in rear seat
New ignition, door and glove box locks, new weather stripping and window felt
AutoMeter rev limiting tachometer and ProComp liquid filled gauges for oil pressure, water temp and amps.
All accessories work except radio and cigarette lighter which does have power to it, all lights work including hood and trunk lights, glove box and console lights, even the small map light on rear view mirror, emergency brake needs adjustment
Driver quality paint appears to have been done nicely but is showing its age in some spots
Newer BFG Radial T/A tires on front, Super Stock II wheels all around, including spare with tie down hook, bumper jack and lug wrench included
Car is a torque monster and will light up the wider rear tires on demand, transmission shifts smooth, quick and crisp.
