1967 Oldsmobile Cutlass s.This car was owned since new by the previous owner. The work done was by shops local to my area. This was his pride and joy until his passing. I bought the car and have been the caretaker since. Car is mine titled to me and I really like to see this go to a person who will continue to love this ride.
Engine - A stroked Olds motor to 355 cubic inches. All parts are Mondello Performance. Mallory ignition, Super coil with an Aluminum intake topped with a Holley double pumper carb. Fuel from Holley electric pump and Fram filter in trunk. Air comes from a 442 forced air inlet. Electric fan for cooling and Hooker headers running through Thrush exhaust. 7 quart oil pan with fresh fluids. Sounds amazing drives great and my wife does drive this car too. Transmission automatic - a built TCI Monster trans turbo 400. Runs a 3500 converter has a trans cooler with electric fan. Deep heavy cast finned trans pan and a B&M quick silver shifter- fresh fluids.
Rear end - A 12 bolt diff with a posi. Set up with a Richmond 4:56 gear center. Hotchkis sway bar and adjustable traction bars set up in rear with new shocks help plant the Mickey Thompson street slicks wrapped around Weld wheels. Nice aggressive stance. Hotchkis kit cost over 1100 dollars.
Stopping comes from a complete front disc brake upgrade Dual master, new lines with drum brake rear, manual steering.
The best part of all. No patch panels in floors, body or frame. One of the cleanest straight 67's survivors I seen in awhile. Body lines look great, perfect pinch welds. Doors and hood, trunk open close perfect. No heavy undercoat to hide anything. Body and paint was done by Fine Line Collision Wales N.Y. Hood was louvered for looks but skinned under so no rain issues- just for looks. Color is BMW Calypso red #252 shines great and looks really amazing.
Interior has diamond button seats, original door cards. Dash insert muscle car style gauges. What you would expect on an early period look. This is a true survivor sharp looking fun car with incredible potential to enjoy or maybe a great candidate for a 442 clone. Car shows very well, thumbs up all the time. Runs on pump gas 98 octane.
