good driving car and very Stright
1957 Oldsmobile super 88
Vehicle DetailsUp for sale is a very original 1957 Oldsmobile Super 88 owned by this family for 28 years but now it is time to go to a new home. The owners are not driving the car much these days and would like to see it go to someone that will take care of it and enjoy it. This little Olds Rocket engine starts easy and runs nice. It also drives very well for being original. The body is Stright and has no rust at all, but it has had one repaint back in 1995 that is also showing some age with some pealing of the paint in spots. (Please look at all pictures closely) All bright work is still shinny and looks good. All glass is also good with no chips or cracks and windows roll up and down, but the passenger side rear door window needs a little adjusting as it angels slightly when rolled down. The car has its original fender skirts that adds to its look. (Very 50's) The original interior is showing its age with some wear on the seats, but the dash is beautiful and dash pad is nice. Speedo is showing 56968 miles and could be the original miles. Seat belts were added to the front seat some time ago for safety and the original carpeting shows well. All lights work but the brake lights. A new brake light switch is being installed. I'm listing this little Supper 88 for friends, and I will take all questions to them.
