1964 Oldsmobile Starfire Convertible(VIN 864M157252)-One of reportedly only 3,903 Starfire Convertibles produced in '64, this red beauty was reportedly purchased new in Oklahoma and is showing but 82K miles.

The interior standard features included Hydra-Matic automatic transmission shifter, original white leather trimmed bucket seats, safety padded dash, center console, tachometer, leather trim, power steering, power brakes, and windows. This car also has FACTORY AIR CONDITIONING, Speed minder, remote o/s mirror, and the gorgeous optional “sports car wheels.” Also on this example is a fuel filler door guard which added a whopping $1.61 to the list price. The headlight “starfires” are still present. Many were removed when new as local police thought that they may reduce the effectiveness of the headlights. The underside of this car is beautiful and has previously been cleaned and detailed.

This car was originally gold, but a previous collector had it correctly repainted in Holiday Red which is beautiful with the white convertible top and interior. Older paint is good but not perfect as it has some minor cracking around. The cracking is not bad or nearly bad enough to warrant repainting, but there nonetheless.
