The vehicle listed in this ad (the Vehicle) condition description is continued from the above Condition description area as follows:
. When the vehicle comes to a stop position the transmission sometimes hesitates going into drive/advancing forward when pressing on the accelerator and requires pumping the accelerator once or more before it goes back into drive/advances forward and if the vehicle is on an incline when this issue occurs the transmission sometimes acts like its in Neutral and the Vehicle will roll backwards if the brake is not applied,. The(engine coolant) temperature gauge on the dash has a tendency to move from normal running temperature to hot temperature when the Vehicle is in an idle position for an approximate 10 minutes or greater (in certain instances possibly less) timeline and so Seller attempted to avoid driving the vehicle where it might be required to idle for greater than such timeline,. Since approximately the beginning of 2019, after a gasoline/fuel refill a gas fumes odor is noticeable/present when walking near the rear gas tank area of the Vehicle and when the vehicle is left in an enclosed facility (like a garage) so Seller parked the Vehicle outside in 2019 when not in use as generally much less noticeable to smell when not in an enclosed area,. One of the windshield wiper blades (replacement insert) is damaged,
. The exterior passenger side mirror & related attachment parts (other than the exterior shell) are missing,
. The exterior front passenger side door handle is missing upper half of white color trim and does not open when pulling the exterior handle. Interior handle works and door opens when pushing from the interior,
. The exterior paint has certain peeling and/or chipping damage and Buyer is referred to attached pictures of the Vehicle for Buyer to evaluate the extent of those condition defects/flaws,
. The exterior body has certain noticeable rust damage and Buyer is referred to attached pictures of the Vehicle for Buyer to evaluate the extent of those condition defects/flaws,
. The original stock wheels have 2 plastic lug nut covers missing on the front passenger wheel that were stolen (as have replaced before),
. The exterior black adhesive stripping around windows is loose and/or has missing pieces otherwise in certain areas,
. The gas gauge on the interior dash does not function correctly so Seller used the miles on the trip odometer reading on the interior dash to monitor when the Vehicle needed additional gas, resetting the trip odometer to 0 miles after each gas fillup,
. The vent on the top of the dash located on the interior under the front windshield has warped and expanded over time and the plastic vent piece insert no longer sits flush in the vent opening and Buyer is referred to attached pictures of the Vehicle for Buyer to evaluate the extent of such condition defect/flaw,
. The interior soft (carpet like) trim on the doors has certain discoloration in certain places and on the rear passenger side door the adhesive has come loose in certain places and Buyer is referred to attached pictures of the Vehicle for Buyer to evaluate the extent of such condition defect/flaw,
. The interior (nonstock) Alpine CD Player and Radio have not been used for a year or so and are not in working condition,. The carpeted driver's side front floormat is heavily worn and has a hole in it. The other carpeted floormats have some light wear and spots on them in certain places and Buyer is referred to attached pictures of the Vehicle for Buyer to evaluate the extent of those condition defects/flaws.
Those are the Vehicle's condition defects and/or flaws of significance that Seller is aware of but the Vehicle is a 1991 year model with 123,739 miles incurred and due to age and/or miles incurred may have other defects and/or flaws which are in need of repair that Seller is unaware of and/or are not described otherwise in this ad. Seller is NOT an auto mechanic and has NO experience in repairing vehicles of any make/model. Note that condition determination/assessment is subjective so Buyer is referred to attached pics to make their own determination/assessment of interior/exterior condition of the Vehicle. Refer to NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS in Section 3. of TERMS OF SALE AGREEMENT area below regarding the Vehicle is being sold "as is," without warranty, whether express or implied, about the condition of the Vehicle.
Recent (2018-2019) maintenance performed on the Vehicle is noted as follows:
. Recurring Oil Change on 12/3/2018 (performed by Meineke Car Care)
. Driver & Passenger sides Mufflers replaced on 12/3/2018 and 01/04/2019, respectively(performed by Meineke Car Care). Flat tire (Passenger L/T) seal repair on 8/18/2018 (performed by Tommy House Tire Company)
The Vehicle's tires and mileage are noted as follows:

Summary of the Vehicle's ownership and accident history is noted as follows:
Prior to the fuel pressure regulator needed repair issue described above, the vehicle was my primary driving vehicle since 4/10/2013 and prior to that was used primarily as a secondary vehicle. My ex-father-in-law purchased the vehicle brand new from a local auto dealer and after certain limited use sold the vehicle to me and my ex-spouse. I'm not aware of any accident occurrence history of the Vehicle.
TERMS OF SALE AGREEMENT
The Buyer of the Vehicle described in this listing on eBay (the "Buyer”) and Seller of the Vehicle described in this listing on eBay (the "Seller”),by the Buyer's execution of purchase of the Vehicle described in this listing on eBay hereby agrees to the following TERMS OF SALE provisions:

a) The Seller has good and marketable Certificate of Title (the "Title") to the Vehicle
b) The Vehicle is free of all encumbrances, liabilities and claims otherwise
c) To the best of the Seller's knowledge, the information disclosed in this listing on eBay about the Vehicle and the Title are correct in all material respects

. NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS
The Buyer acknowledges that the Vehicle is being sold "as is," without warranty, whether express or implied, about the condition of the Vehicle. The Buyer must satisfy itself as to what is offered for sale, and by purchasing will be held to have satisfied itself that the Vehicle is satisfactory in all respects for the Buyer's needs. Any defects and all repairs applicable to the Vehicle are the responsibility of the Buyer. The Seller neither assumes, nor authorizes any other person or entity to assume on its behalf, any liability in connection with the sale of the Vehicle.
. INSPECTION
The Vehicle has NOT been inspected by an independent and licensed mechanic within the past 60 days prior to the listing date of this ad.
. DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE AND BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPING AND TRANSPORTATION COSTS
The Seller will provide access to the Vehicle, and the Buyer shall take possession of the Vehicle at the street of the Seller's address. The Vehicle's risk of loss and all of the Vehicle's ownership responsibilities otherwise passes to the Buyer at the time the Title has been conveyed by the Seller to the Buyer and signed by the Buyer (and/or the Buyer's designated representative). The Buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle within 7 days of the Buyer's execution of purchase of the Vehicle described in this listing on eBay at an agreed upon date and time between the Buyer and the Seller and the Buyer is responsible for all shipping, transportation and any other costs to pickup and transport the Vehicle to the Buyer's location and/or other applicable destination.
