Overview Of Entire Vehicle: *Condition #3++ (Amazingly Nice Driver)
This is an absolutely beautiful 1962 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight Holiday Coupe that is in amazing condition inside and out. This looks to be a life long California car with only 76k original miles that has been pampered all of its life and it shows. It is one of the finest, 1962 Oldsmobile's we have seen in a long time. With the best colors and options, it does not get any better than this. It looks to be very original with some light cosmetic restoration and stunning all original interior in it. This is a very highly optioned car with amazing equipment, including factory air conditioning, Autronic Eye, power seats, power windows, power steering and power brakes. With the best part being everything works right down to the courtesy lights and it runs and drives even better then it looks. You will not find a nicer one out there. Overall this is an amazing car!

Exterior: *Condition #3+
The car is in absolutely gorgeous condition and is finished in its original color of stunning Sunset Mist. It appears to have had one repaint that was done very nicely some years ago. The body is completely rust free and is as straight as an arrowed with phenomenal fitment on all the gaps showing it has never been in an accident. The chrome and all the stainless is absolutely smashing and looks to be all redone when the car was repainted. The original emblems and lenses are in beautiful original condition. The only flaw you will find on the trim is the rear piece between the taillights. The chrome was redone but it is starting to show some pitting on it, but can hardly be noticed because the car stands so tall. The paint is a beautiful driver quality paint job that was done a few years ago but still shows excellent. It is still sitting on its original hubcaps that have been beautifully restored with white wall radial tires. This car just has an amazing overall appearance.
Interior: *Condition #3+
The interior is amazing, appearing to be all original and looks absolutely, near show room new. It looks like you are jumping into an almost brand new car. The dash is in phenomenal shape with beautiful chrome and trim and a nice clean headliner. All of the courtesy lights work inside with steering wheel in nice condition with an excellent horn center. With the doors open, you will notice the jams, sill plates, and weather stripping are all very clean and in great condition with original Oldsmobile floor mats inside of the car. Everything inside works including the power seats, power window, radio, Autronic Eye, air conditioning, wipers, horn, directionals and the clock (which is very rare to see working on a classic like this). All of the glass and window felts are in stunning condition as well. Looking inside the trunk you will notice it is in excellent condition with original paint and decals under the trunk lid. Also what appears to be the all original trunk liner that looks like it has never been used with the original spare wheel with a new Coker white wall tire to match the rest. This is an unbelievably clean example of a nice original car.
Mechanically: *Condition #3+
Mechanically, this car is in amazing condition with the original Oldsmobile SkyRocket Ultra High Compression 394ci V8 engine and automatic transmission that runs like a top and does not smoke or leak. Under the hood is absolutely beautifully detailed and looks astonishing with its correct hood pad and everything else being correct. You can tell it is well maintained with all new power steering lines, a/c components, and a recent tune up. This car just overall runs astounding and does not need anything it is ready to turn the key and go.
Under Carriage: *Condition #3+
This Under Carriage on this vehicle is in excellent condition and completely rust free being one of the cleanest undersides you will ever find on a 1962 Oldsmobile period. It has never had any rust issues with all original rubber grommets and you can see the original red oxide primer underneath the factory undercoating. The engine and tranny are super clean and you can see the suspension is very clean. You can tell the front end has been rebuilt and serviced with a pristine exhaust system. Overall this is just a perplexing car.
