Were selling our 1956 Oldsmobile Rocket 88 sedan its a cool family cruiser and is ideal for hitting the cruise night and local car shows with the family.The 324 Rocket V8 with its original oil bath Bat Wing Air Cleaner has been rebuilt by the previous owner and it runs and drives well with that cool cackle from the exhaust only these old skool cars can make.The original auto trans shifts nice and smooth as well, dualexhaust has been replaced along with the brake lines and hoses to make the car stop as well as it drives.The interior was redone several years ago and the red and white tuck and roll suits the age of the car and is very comfortable to ride in, the color matches very well with the red and white exterior.Exterior of the car looks very smart and shines well, the paint is driver quality with several touch ups by the elderly owner that could be redone or left as part of the history of the car.The floors and trunk are very clean and there have been some repairs done to the inner sills and gussets that looks very solid.There are a couple of rust bubbles on 2 door corners but are not rusted through as well as a couple of bubbles on the outer sill of the drivers side that if attended to will protect the car.The car runs, drives and stops well and looks great in its color combination, having the four doors makes it super comfortable for the family or mates to go cruising in.There are lots or receipts from work completed, service manuals, advertising brochures, spare parts for the car and a couple of trophies it has won from local car shows.The car has a clear title and shipping is by the new owner, we can assist with your shipper to get the car local or worldwide at the buyers cost.The car stays with us till all funds are cleared, $1,000.00 non refundable deposit is required to secure the vehicle and State Taxes if applicable are payable on top of the purchase price
