1957 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight Starfire Coupe

Up for sale is my 1957 Oldsmobile Starfire 98 Coupe. This is a NO RESERVE Auction, these cars sell for $50k-$100k when restored. If you are looking at this ad you already know how rare and sought after the '57 year Oldsmobile Coupe is. This iconic 3 piece rear window classic is powered by the Rocket 371 V8. This Ninety-Eight Holiday was Oldsmobile's top of the line and limited production coupe in 1957, not nearly as many produced as their base "88" models. Equipped with Power windows (that still work), power steering, power brakes, Jetaway Hydromatic transmission, and more. The odometer reads 32,360 miles. As you can see this car can use a mild restoration. However, this is a restorer's dream. This car is not rotted out, infact there is no real rust anywhere on the body with exception to a little petina on the rocker panels. This car is SOLID. This vehicle was prepped in primer to paint a few years back. The car's original color is Jade Mist Metallic. The body is very straight, and the chrome is very nice as well. The front and rear bumpers were re-chromed 3 years ago ($2600) total. Underneath the vehicle shows some surface rust but nothing structural. The floors have been fully replaced at some point (very well done professional job, not pieced together). The Frame is very solid and could be painted if wanted to. As you can see the vehicle will need an interior kit to finish up the inside (available online). The windshield is cracked, as well as the front and drivers side flat glass, otherwise the rest of the windows are in good shape. The dash and gauge cluster is also very nice. The vehicle Runs and Drives however will need brake work before it is road worthy.The air cleaner pictured isn't original but if I find the original one it will be included with the car as well. All and all this vehicle will be very easy for some one to take to the next level with how great of shape the body, structure, and trim is on the car. I also have duplicate trim and extra pieces that go along with the car (shown in pictures). Clean and Clear title in Hand!
