Rebuilt 371 original engine with about 7000 miles on it. J2 Tri-power with dry element air cleaner All original except converted to a progressive linkage instead of the of the original vacuum set-up
Original hydramatic transmission rebuilt at the same time as the engine.
Interior was redone prior to my owning the vehicle. Black vinyl is older with a small tear on the lower back were driver sits. Otherwise very presentable despite its age.
Gauges and clock work. Both rebuilt by professional shop. Steering wheel as no cracks It has a rebuilt original wire harness
Chrome is very nice with the exception of some pitting around the vent windows. Bumpers are in nice shape
Paint is also very nice. There is a couple scratches on the passenger side door where someone opened their door into mineThere is also some little bubbles (pictured) starting to come through on the passenger's side rocker panel. Otherwise the car is very solid and not full of Bondo
Original code says it was a two tone black up front with fiesta red below the trim line car with matching interior
The driver's side window has a crack. It happened when I replaced the window regulator. I have a replacement glass to go with it, just had not put it in yet.
This car is very nice, not perfect, but very nice. It would take very little to be perfect. It gets plenty of attention anywhere it goes.
I have driven this car on over 500 miles to car show and then back without a hiccup. It runs well.
I have had the car 8 years and have really enjoyed it. Only selling due to another project that, of course, is way over budget
