1967 Oldsmobile Cutlass

1967 Oldsmobile Cutlass Coupe- great looking car that is somewhat rare at the car shows and always draws interest. Low reserve.
Up for auction is my 1967 Cutlass Coupe. I purchased the car from a gentleman in AZ, here the car had been its whole life I'm told. Many partshave been replaced over the past 2 years, hich I'll list below. This is a solid car underneath, hat drives and sounds like a 67 should. It isn't perfect but it looks great and all the major work has been done.
Exterior:
The vehicle waspainted GM Gun Metal Gray/Silver last summer. We also replaced numerous seals around the windows, oors and trunk as well as a new windshield while it was in the paint shop.
Tires & Wheels:
Last year we installed new 255 x 45 x 18 rear and 245 x 45 x 18 front on Ingens Antares Radials mounted on American Racing Torq ThurstAnthracite wheels. These look fabulous on the car, e get nothing but compliments on these.
Interior:
The gentleman before me installed new black carpet and gray cloth seat covers. I had the new dash pad installed, nd also an era correct AM/FM/Cassette radio, which still needsto be hooked up to the fuse box.
Drivetrain:
The vehicle had theoriginl engine pulled and replacedwith a 350 small block GM (Chevy Ibelieve) alongwith a TH400 Automatic Transmission. It starts, uns, rives and stops as a car of this age should. I had a new driveshaftinstalled, longwith dual exhaust (soundsgreat - not too loud butappropriate for a muscle car), ew brakes, ew starter and some other miscellaneous items. The car also has a new gas tank.
What the vehicle needs:
I drive the vehicle around town and get tons of compliments on it. If I were going to keep it, 'd replace the bumpers since they're not new and are showing their age (have some scrapes), he headliner and visors, s well as a few small interior pieces (door handle, nob) since they're not perfect. Also, he stainless trim piece (fender well trim) is not in get shape which I'd want to replace. Lastly, he steering wheel is original an could probably be replaced as it showing its age. While none of these are immediate needs, hey would bring the value of the car up and would finish it perfectly. Given the frame/floorboards are all solid, t's also a good candidate for a 442 clone, hough that wasn't my intention.
In summary, his is an awesome looking car that I take out as often as I can to local car shows, ce cream runs and pretty much every chance I get. The odometer states 40k, hough I have no way of knowing if its 40 or 140. This is a great car for someone who wants to get into the classic car hobby and have something a little unique that sounds great and turns heads. I'm also throwing in a new car cover and various trim pieces. Good luck bidding.

One additional thing I'd replace or rechrome is the hood strip, hich runs the length of the hood. It's original, nd at the bend near the front of the hood, the chrome has begun to peel, nd would look better if it were rechromed.Again, want to make sure I share everything I know could use attention. Please emailwith anyquestions.
