1968 SUPREME 75K ORIGINAL MILES

1968 Oldsmobile Cutlass

Rock solid original sheetmetal supreme I brought out of Los Angeles over a decade ago. Fremont built. The car has only 75k original miles and runs like a sewing machine. I would jump in and drive this car anywhere on the planet tomorrow. Drivetrain is number matching including carb. 350 4 bbl with wide glide auto. The interior is completely original other than the front seat. The exhaust is original other than muffler.....still has its factory resonator. Whens the last time you saw one of them?? 90% of the bright work is original including bumpers. Has all four of its T3 headlamps. Car was originally a mint green outside with the lower two tone in silver. The original older woman owner had the green redone in saffron at the dealer bodyshop in 1970. It was peeling and dull in many areas so I recently tore it down and stripped the car to raw metal. I removed the lower "supreme' style molding as well and welded up any factory mounting holes. If anyone reading this needs those moldings I have them all and they are MINT including the die cast. Car is done in catalyzed polyester urethane in 1970 code 14 platinum. The body on this car is second to none. MINT floors, trunk, quarters etc.... The panel fit and paint finish is also second to none. Very strait and smooth. Was refinished in pieces then assembled. The car is very impressive in person. Silver is tough to photograph and not have it look like a blob. The shots of the car in my booth show the body very well.
