Up for sale we have a 1968 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. This is a stock car that has had a repaint and detailing. Other than the upgrades wheels this car retains an original feel. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, nterior, nd driveline of the Oldsmobile, ut first we would like to tell you a little about us.
Smoky Mountain Traders is a classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family owned, perated, nd own our entire inventory, o consignments, nd only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You can count on us to have 70 to 80 cars at all times. We don't have a big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. So, hat's how we can sell for less than other dealers. We will start off with the exterior of the Cutlass. The body on it is laser straight with a killer paint job. It has great fit of the panels with good gaps. Everything is covered in the Teal Frost that is accented by the Silver around the bottom. When this car was painted they replaced the bumpers and other chrome. All the side chrome looks excellent. Also the glass is in great condition along with the trim and weather stripping. For a closer look at the paint, t looks great with a slick finish that is smooth to the touch. In the jams and in the trunk they did a very nice job. To give it a killer stance it's sitting on a set of 20" Eagles that have the silver centers.
Next, e will look at the interior of the '68. On the inside of this Cutlass it has the factory Teal (989 Code) interior with the bench seat and column shift. The seats and door panels all appear to be the factory covers. The carpet has been replaced at some point. When you look at the dash it all looks correct down to the factory AM Radio. The dash pad and trim also all looks good. For a car of this age the interior is in excellent condition with some visible ageing but still very presentable.
Finally, e will take a look at the driveline of the Oldsmobile. Under the hood it's powered by the 350 Rocket V8 that is mated to the Jetaway Automatic Trans and 10 Bolt Rear End. The engine is painted in the factory gold with the correct valve covers and breather. Also, t retains the factory manifolds with dual exhaust. An aluminum radiator has been added. The brakes are Power with drums and it also has Power Steering. This is factory A/C car with everything there. When you look under this Cutlass it has great floors that are very solid with no visible signs of damage. Also the frame looks very good.
