Vehicle Details

•Mills has a series 2 VH45DE engine with twin-turbos that makes around 420 whp on low boost (4-5 psi) and 550 whp on high boost (8-10 psi).

•Two CT43x 6266, .63 a/r Comp Turbos sit on top of custom turbo manifolds, clamped by V-band inlet and outlet exhaust housings. Manifolds are titanium heat wrapped.

•Turbosmart Pro-Gate 50mm wastegates dump unused boost atmospherically, out of each manifold, and a 50mm Tial BOV directs surging air out of the intake pipe. Intake pipe is wrapped with gold thermal tape.

•Custom MB Fab FMIC and piping, cools charged intake air, while a Vibrant vacuum block routes vacuum through lines accordingly. A large Koyo radiator and twin electric fans take care of the coolant.

•A Walbro 255 LPH (high volume) fuel pump delivers 93 octane, and a 300zx fuel filter ensures it remains sediment free.

•Engine management is handled through a flashed ECU and an Apexi SAFC fuel controller.

•The VH45DE was recently swapped for a fresher one, the fuel controller upgraded from an SAFC1 to an SAFC2, and all engine electronics are now powered through a Wiring Specialties Pro Harness (recommend new plug for CAS. It’s currently in working order, but individually pinned. See close up pic). Since those three upgrades, the car has not been dyno tuned. It has been street tuned for steady cruising with low throttle input (less than 30% throttle). The VH’s compression numbers on all cylinders are great (see pics).

•The rest of the upgrades:
