To begin with, the exterior presents very well. While this car is nearly 34 years old, it still shines and draws attention everywhere it goes. The body is nearly all stock besides a few modifications including a carbon fiber rear spoiler, and infinity taillights. The car does have a few scratches/chips due to normal driving, but nothing major. All the exterior lights work and wipers.

Drivetrain and suspension

While the body is mostly stock, the drivetrain and suspension is set up perfect for a weekend warrior on the back roads. It’s sitting on HKS adjustable coilovers all around. To help stiffen the GTR up, it does have a strut brace installed in the engine bay. The Enkei RPF1 rims wrapped in Toyo R888 tires make sure the car sticks to the road. The rear HICAS has been removed by a previous owner.

The RB26 engine is mainly stock with a few tasteful mods. This includes a free flowing exhaust system from turbo’s back. A great sounding Blitz Blow off valve. Open air filters. Valve covers have been powdercoated blue. Mishimoto aluminum radiator, and a red top Optima battery. The car is on stock boost, and stock tune. I have receipts for the exhaust manifold gaskets being replaced a few months ago. The turbos spool very quick and pulls strong threw all the gears. The exhaust note sounds amazing. The 5 speed transmission shifts flawlessly threw the gears, no slip outs or grinds. Clutch also grabs like new. Being all wheel drive, this car will launch off the line like a rocket. Occasionally the AWD light will turn on when hitting a large bump, haven’t been able to source that issue yet. This is the only warning light the car has. No check engine lights.

The interior also presents very well. Has factory seats that hold you into place, nice and firm. It does have a removable steering wheel. Very nice sounding Bluetooth stereo. It does have 3 gauges in the bezel but they are not hooked up. It has blue LED’s in the cluster. Power windows all work, all gauges work.
