Completely rebuilt with all new or restored parts, it is really one of the nicest you will find. The restoration was started in 2011 and was completed in 2012. These had a tendency to rust out over the years. The restoration shop removed those by welding a steel piece in the hole. No chance of rust now. Enjoy the video of our 87 Nissan here. The interior is all new. It's like walking into 1987 again. The Auto Check Report shows the vehicle to have over 200,000 miles. However, the engine was replaced in the Pathfinder just before the current owner bought it in 2011. He then had more upgrades done to it before sending it to Dusolds to have the restoration done. The entire inside of the NIssan was lined first with Lizard Skin, and then Dynamat was installed for maximum sound deadening. Dusolds found as many original parts as possible for the restoration. They even scoured junk yards and reconditioned as many original parts as possible. The restored interior is extremely nice. The owner wanted to protect it with these very nice custom covers by Wet Okole of Hawaii. They are know for these fireproof, waterproof, wear resistant custom fit covers. You can see how they look after 6 years of use since the vehicle was restored. The stereo is Blue Tooth compatible. The speaker is at the top of the windshield. The original Pathfinders came with 4 cylinder engines. The owner of this one was looking for one with a much better engine. He found the restoration project that had already had the 300ZX engine installed. He then had it gone over to be sure it was running great before starting the cosmetic restoration. The engine compartment looks great. It is so well done that it looks like it came from the factory this way. This sure doesn't look like your average 87 Pathfinder. Front discs and sway bars and an undercarriage that looks like new. This photo shows the depth of the metallic in the House Of Kolor Galaxy Gray paint.
