Description:

The exterior has mild flaws that can be corrected with some effortas the lower price reflects.

List of exterior defects:

Rear Bumper is painted fiber glass that is broken in two places

Two scratches above where the rear bumper attaches to passenger and drivers side rear quarter panels

Side skirts both have small cracks where they attach under each door. Can be patched and repainted to fix

Passenger side front fender has medium scratch (~4” long).

The front bumper lip is scuffed on bottom, ue to being lowered. Was painted and is peeling in a couple of spots.

Two spots on the roof with small bubbling in the paint.

All of the above are minor aesthetic flaws that are hard to see and still give the buyer a wonderful platform work with.

For a 25 year old car the Midnight purple paint looks great and is a great change to the majority of Grey cars you will see in the US.

Nismo N1 front bumper is a classic upgrade for a more aggressive look and added functionality - giving the massive intercooler more airflow. The stock R32 GTR wheels were painted to a light metallic blue to set off the midnight purple. KYB Buzz sport adjustable dampening shocks and RSR coilovers give the car an overall improved stance and handling with the Cusco front and rear strut bars.

The interior is in average condition. The dash does not have the very common "dash bubbles" which are notorious among R32s. The Bride Racing Driver seat is not ripped, ut needs to be cleaned and has some sag on the right side of the seat that can be fixed with some upholstery padding. The passenger side seat needs to be steam cleaned on the middle seat pad. The carpet is in good condition, ut could use new floor mats. The steering wheel is stock leather. Leather on steering wheel, hift boot and e-brake handle is in above average shape with little wear. Shift boot and center console gauge bezel are broken and will need to be replaced ($100-Ebay saw two of them as of 8/3/2015) Gauge’s were swapped out for a Nismo gauge cluster and has a dash mounted after market boost gauge.

The drive train performs amazing and feels great under acceleration. The engine starts right up with excellent idle. Breaths Air in through Mine’s intake M’s K&N intake filters, ushed through the HKS intercooler hard pipe, nd releases pressure through HKS Blow off valve. The exhaust quickly escapes through large Jasma exhaust with a period correct look giving very nice deep sounds and not a loud rattling can sound (since Japan has sounds regulations). These modifications add a noticeable bump in horsepower even at the stock boost level. All of the power and performance with ice cold A/C.
Overall a very well rounded car, eady to drive home today!

25 Year NHTSA Exemption

A motor vehicle that is at least 25 years old can be lawfully imported into the U.S. without regard to whether it complies with all applicable FMVSS. Such a vehicle would be entered under Box 1 on the HS-7 Declaration form to be given to Customs at the time of importation. You should note that the 25 year period runs from the date of the vehicle's manufacture. If the date of manufacture is not identified on a label permanently affixed to the vehicle by its original manufacturer, o establish the age of the vehicle, ou should have documentation available such as an invoice showing the date the vehicle was first sold or a registration document showing that the vehicle was registered at least 25 years ago. Absent such information, statement from a recognized vehicle historical society identifying the age of the vehicle could be used.

21 Year EPA Exemption in Original Configuration

If the vehicle is at least 21 years old, here are no EPA compliance requirements upon importation. The age of the vehicle is determined by subtracting the calendar year of manufacture from the calendar year of importation. If the calendar year of manufacture is unavailable, he importer may substitute the model year or year of first registration. For instance, o qualify in 2001, he vehicle must have been manufactured in 1980 or earlier. The vehicle must be in its original unmodified configuration. Vehicles at least 21 years old with replacement engines are not eligible for this exemption unless they contain equivalent or newer EPA certified engines.
No approval or Customs bond is required by EPA. The importer must also prove to Customs, s required, hat the vehicle or engine was manufactured prior to EPA regulation. Documents such as a title or letter from the original manufacturer may be used for this purpose. The importer must file with Customs, pon entry, n EPA Form 3520-1 and declare code "E" on that form.
