1978 Nissan 280Z Base Coupe 2-Door

Selling off part of a collection of datsuns, this is the first of a couple that will be listed here. Up for sale is a 1978 Datsun 280z in fair shape, it is a good project and has a desireable 5 speed and l28 engine.
Body: The exterior of the car is very complete, with the original chrome bumpers in decent shape. As seen in the pictures there are several small holes on the exterior of the car in common areas such as the lower front fender and rear doglegs but the overall body is good. The panel where the hatch sits will need to be repaired or replaced. Lastly, there is rust behind the seats as pictured, and the floor pans will need work.
Interior: Very complete interior, all gauges intact and console and misc trim pieces are there. seats are there as well but will need recovering. A lot of the hard to find black trim pieces and the door panels are intact as well but will need cleaning.
Engine: Very complete L28 that is virgin and untouched, overall this engine looks very complete and nice. Fuel injectors and rail are intact as well as all hoses and spark wires. I havent tried to crank the engine or put a battery in the car, simply selling as is but I would think after a fluid change and possibly new ignition pieces it would be fine.
Overall this is a good starting point for someone wanting an affordable 5 speed datsun with fuel injection.
