1959 Nash 400 Series
Up for sale is my 1959 Nash Metropolitan.
THE VANITY PLATE " NASHSTY "IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS AUCTION
It is mostly restored to a nice driver+ quality.
New paint,engine, trans and clutch were already done when I got it.
Since then I have spent over $8,000, almost $9,000on it.
I paid $6,000 for it That puts me in it about $15,000 I know that I will not get all of my money back but will not give it away either. I am not desperate to sell and have 20 other vehicles.
Most of them are projects.

The tires are new radials with "porta wall" white walls.
The little car runs down the road at 70 MPH all day long and gets almost 40 MPG!
There is still work to be done but it could be done in a weekend tops. Just install the rest of the supplied parts.
It still needs new door and window handles and escutcheons.
I am selling because I have far too many projects and need to put some cash into some home repairs. I am probably not interested in trades, unless there is quite a bit of cash, coming to me, along with it.
I live in Southern California about 75 miles North of Santa Barbara and 10 miles South of Pismo Beach right off of the 101 freeway. I have a trailer and can deliver, after it is paid for, for $1/mile round trip up to about 200 miles or so.
