1979 CAMARO Z28 True 1979 Z28 with a full frame-off restoration on a rock solid southern body. Original factory GM sheet metal still intact on this 89K mile beauty. All the trim work. chrome and moldings have been either replaced or completely reconditioned. During the restoration the color was changed to the desirable Starlight Black (code 19). with correct 1979 Z28 specific striping package. The Chevy 350 cid engine has been completely rebuilt and finished with the vintage old school Z valve covers and factory under hood detail components. Four speed manual transmission with the correct round handle shifter. Rear end axle assembly has the GM limited slip positive traction unit. This car runs and drives wonderfully. On the inside a new factory black interior was installed along with a tilt steering column. The factory correct gauge package including the 7000 red line tachometer and 130 mph speedometer was restored. This car even has the ultra rare GM AM/FM cassette radio option. Trunk area is detailed and looks great. All headlights. taillights. heater. windshield wipers. and accessories were also completely gone through and function as they should.
