1967 Porsche 911 2 literWeber 40 IDA carburetors . MSD AL6 ignition. Pertronix Igniter point replacement. bosh distributor. Front pan and outer rockers were replace 10 years ago. Front ball joints were replaced and the rear wheel bearings were removed. cleaned and re-installed within the last 10 years. Vin #306467 Engine #903747 (1966 motor replaced original motor in the 80’s) transmission number #103626. The transmission has had 1st and 2nd gear synchros and dog teeth replaced and 3rd gear synchro replaced. The heads have had valve guides replaced and it was re-ringed about two years ago. The original color was red. then it went to yellow. now it's green. The true mileage is unknown. however it was not drivable when I got it in 2002 and I haven’t put a whole lot of miles on it. The car was rebuilt so it could be driven. Everything works and it’s fun to drive. It does smoke more than it should. but I don’t think the rings are seated. I think bidders should know that there is some pitting on the chrome. The back deck vinyl has some cracking and the top on the dash the vinyl has shrunk and is peeling a little were is wraps up under. There is a small tear in the drivers seat piping were you get in and out. I have picture of this for those who wish to see.
